Your local Councillors from both groups are working together to issue this consultation letter. We have received notification of a planning application to build 103 dwellings on the former Parsons Mead School site. Many of you will have attended the public exhibition and consultation events held at the school last year. We understand that the applicant is holding a public exhibition of the proposals between 4 pm until 8.30 pm on Thursday 10th July at the school, and we would encourage you to attend if you can.
Copies of the planning application can be seen either at the Council offices in Dorking, opposite the Dorking Halls, or at the Leatherhead Help Shop (open Mon-Fri 10-4, Sat 9.30-1), or over the web via the Council’s web site –
www.molevalley.gov.uk .If you have any comments, in favour or against or any suggestions for modifications, we would encourage you to write to the Head of Planning at Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SJ, or via email, the general address being
